After placing the files using QPST, do I need to reset my phone? What does reset mean anyway?
Yes, you'll need to reset your phone for the new ringtones to show up (if you've done this correctly). Resetting simply means turning off your phone and turning it back on again.
I don't know my SPC number to get in to EFS Explorer.
The 'SPC number' asked for by EFS Explorer is the same thing as your MSL number.
Where do the ringtones show up in my phone?
They show up in the Ringers folder under My Content, or just the My Content folder in the sound settings menu.
What if I don't have a data cable?
